Why Your Club or Academy
Must Join CMD
CMD FootSoccer is the world's first standardised football intelligence platform. We give every club and academy — regardless of size or budget — access to the same elite-level data infrastructure used by professional organisations. Here is why joining the ecosystem is a game-changer for your players' future.
8 Powerful Reasons
Why CMD Is Essential For Your Academy
Reason 01
CMD Passport — Your Player's Digital Identity
Every player receives a unique CMD Passport ID that stores all performance data: biometrics, jersey level, drills, passing tests and exams. This verifiable digital dossier travels with the player globally — making talent visible to scouts worldwide.
Reason 02
Bonus-Malus Intelligence Engine
Our proprietary cognitive scoring system rewards tactical discipline and decision-making in real time. Every drill session, passing test and match generates a bonus/malus XP score — building a lifetime performance record.
Reason 03
TrackFast Physical Monitoring
Daily physical monitoring via our standardised 100m loop circuit. Coaches log lap counts and the system automatically awards bonus/malus points and builds speed & endurance trend charts for each player over time.
Reason 04
Juggling DNA L1–L13 Jersey System
A 13-level juggling ladder system that gamifies technical development. Players unlock jersey colours as they progress — creating pride, motivation and a visible, verifiable skill milestone at every level.
Reason 05
19 Tactical Drill Engine
A library of 19 real tactical small-sided games — from 2v1 to 9v9. Coaches record live scores, coaching notes and the system builds individual player drill performance trends and team tactical patterns.
Reason 06
Full Analytics Dossier & TPI Score
Every player gets a Technical Power Index (TPI) calculated from all data streams. Radar DNA charts, growth curves, federation comparison leaderboards — the complete scouting package built automatically.
Reason 07
CMD Classroom Curriculum
Access to a structured coaching curriculum covering technical, physical, tactical and mental development. Session plans, drill breakdowns, and coaching strategies aligned with the CMD methodology.
Reason 08
Global Federation Network
Your club or academy joins a growing worldwide network of CMD nodes. Players are ranked against peers globally, creating ambition, cross-border connections and real exposure to international scouting.
